Mr Theo Empeslidis is a Consultant Ophthalmologist in Medical Retina with fellowships in Medical Retina and Uveitis and 20 years of experience treating patients with Retina conditions. Since 2016 Theo has pioneered the use of insourcing in the NHS to reduce waiting times for treatment, and has been the lead Clinical Director for dozens of insourced services in Ophthalmology, ENT and Rheumatology. Theo has also a strong research background and has assisted major pharma companies and small biotechs in clinical drug development.
