Our clinical and surgical leads oversee all insourcing contracts within their specialist fields, safeguarding clinical standards and lending their expertise and experience to the efficient design of clinical pathways and policies, in line with NHS best practice.  They are supported by a broad team of operational leads, highly experienced in workforce planning and waiting list management.
